Website Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how site-visit data and information voluntarily provided through website forms are handled.
General Rule
You can browse the public programme website without actively providing personal information. Optional analytics operates only after you choose Accept Analytics in the Cookie Notice.
Site Visit Data
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity may process technical and usage information such as browser and device type, approximate region, visit time, referring page, pages viewed, downloads and interactions. This information is used to understand website performance and improve the public programme experience.
Application form areas are explicitly masked from Microsoft Clarity, and applicant field values are not sent as analytics events. Service and security logs may record limited request metadata needed to operate and protect the website.
We will not identify users or their surfing data unless required through an applicable legal process.
Cookies
This site uses a limited first-party preference cookie to remember whether you selected essential-only or analytics cookies. Security controls required to protect the application-registration form may also operate without analytics consent.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity scripts load only after analytics consent. Google advertising storage and advertising personalization remain disabled. Google Tag Manager is limited to approved, consent-aware website measurement tags.
Visitors can reopen Cookie Preferences from the website footer and return to essential-only cookies. The application does not use advertising cookies.
Email Management
Your email address will only be recorded if you opt in to fill up any URLs/forms on site. It will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it and will not be added to a mailing list. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose and will not be disclosed without your consent.
Collection of Personal Information
If you are asked to provide any personal information, you will be notified about how it will be used. If at any time you believe the principles set out in this privacy statement have not been followed, or have any other comments on these principles, please reach us through the contact email provided on the site.
Note
The term "personal information" in this privacy statement refers to any information from which your identity is revealed or can reasonably be determined.
